What is the perfect body measurement for women? What means Body Frame?

Everyone is different and each person has very specific taste but it does not mean there is no perfect body measurement for women. As there is no predefined definition of perfection, the answer is somewhat subjective and relative to everyone’s preconception of the perfect female body. So in essence the perfect body measurement for women is dependent on who you ask, whom you trust, whom with it should be compared and who is the MODEL.

Besides individual tastes, the ideal measurements are also cultural defined. In Africa a giant ass is hot, while most women in the Western world opt to go for some sizes smaller.

Have you ever heard that your arm span is the same length as your height? Or that the size of your foot is exactly the same as the length of your forearm? Well many artists and scientists have noticed this phenomenon over the centuries. They have also found a correlation that the closer to these proportions a person is, the more physically attractive they become. So the perfect body measurements have to be proportional to one another.

Now knowing that we have to limit the region where the proportional theory works. After all a 7 foot women with perfect proportions would not be many peoples definition of perfect. So using western culture as the most influential we can gather that a women’s perfect height is between 5”6’ and 5”10’.

Height: 5”8’ (173 cm)
Waist: 24 inches (61 cm)
Hips: 28 inches (71 cm)
Weight: around 146 pounds (66 kg)

However, who’s to say what is perfect. What is important is how you feel about your body measurements (unless you are comfortable with obesity).

What is the Perfect Female Body

Every woman, unless they don’t care about their health or how they look will want to own the perfect female body. Fashion, beauty magazines and advertisements capitalize on these desires by using tall, thin, sleek and slender female models to subliminally impress upon minds of women that these are the perfect body shape for women. These almost perfect glamour queens are used to dazzle the eye with their style, beauty and elegance to trick the average woman into thinking that they are not perfect and thus should use the advertiser’s products and services to get the perfect body.

However, do you know that most of these super thin female supermodels weigh more than 20% less than the average woman? To make matters worse, many of them don’t reveal being their secret life of eating disorders such as anorexia to stay underweight to keep their supposedly glamorous jobs.

Furthermore, they also look very different in real life without any touch ups on their photos with added make-up and professional lighting of a photo shoot. Because of this, many women strive to be underweight to look like the waif like models which lead to women to eating disorders, unhealthy diets, over exercising and low self-esteem. Thus in order to understand what constitutes a perfect body for women and to get the body shape healthily, let’s take a look at various female body types.

Female Body Types

The shape of your body at the present moment is derived your genetics, eating habits and daily activities such as working out. Your genes set a path for the type of body shape you will have, however, if need be, you can reconstruct it to very favorable extent to get the body shape you desire. Therefore you can take control of your body shape with the right information, nutrition and exercises to get your own idea of a perfect body for girls healthily.
Your present body shape determines what cardio and weight resistance exercises work best for you. Remember, the types of exercises that you do can have a dramatic effect on your body and so, it will be much wiser to get professional help or to read up all you can on the subject.

A Frame Body

The “A Frame” body type is also sometimes known as the “Spoon Shape” body. These A frame girls carry extra weight in the lower body such as in the hips, thighs and butts. Girls with this body shape should focus on exercises that firm up their lower anatomy and need to lose weight.

V Frame Body

The “V Frame” body type is sometimes called the “Cone Shape” body. Women with this shape have shoulder width which is two or more inches wider than their hips. They are usually busty with narrow hips or waist and thin legs. In cases like these, these girls need to work on their lower body to bring it to be proportionate with their upper body. Working out on the stepper is a good form of exercise for this body type to burn calories and add size to their legs and butts.

H Frame Body

The “H Frame” lady is somewhat blessed with an athletic body. However, she has a large waist girth and wide shoulders. This body shape is squared off and may even look chunky and thus needs to focus on symmetry by trimming her waist girth. You would need to drop 10-15 pounds per week.

The “Figure 8 Frame” or “Hourglass” girl is genetically blessed to have an attractive body shape. These girls are almost perfect in height and weight. Their bust, hip and waist ratio measurements are excellent. What’s more, their body fat is evenly distributed and these types of girls are considered perfect for the modeling industry.

Oval Frame Body

The “Oval Frame” or the “apple shape” girls are average in height or shorter than average and are busty with thin legs. These girls tend to put on weight easily in their tummy area. So if you are of this category, you will most likely need to loose weight and tone up your upper body.

Ruler Body

The “Ruler” body shape’s measurements of the chest, waist, and hips are fairly symmetrical. These ladies are lean and have a high metabolism and so, they don’t gain weight easily and will need professional help to help them to put on weight.
