Cigarettes and caffeine – These can reduce your fertility. If you or your partner are heavy smokers this can reduce your fertility. Also a heavy caffeine intake can also affect both partners
Diet – Follow a healthy diet and eat regularly. Try not to gain or lose weight over a short period of time as this may affect your chances of conceiving.
Exercise – Excessive endurance training can affect ovulation. Be fit, but don’t over do it !
