What is the role of smoking celebrities? What is the influence of quitting celebrities?

In reality the influence is huge and many youngsters are just following “fashionable” habits chosen from celebrities and/or from film heroes.

Smoking used to be a fixture in many movies but during last decade smoking becoming less popular in many societies and as a result, smoking also slowly disappearing from modern films. But unfortunately it doesn’t mean that the actors that we love to watch aren’t going for a smoke when the shoot ends and the set is closed.

Internet is full of pictures with smoking celebrities but unfortunately there is very limited information about hundreds of celebrities who quit smoking for several reasons (health, healthy lifestyle, contract restrictions, etc.). I spent some time and developed the list of some female celebrities who managed to kick the risky habit, despite of all temptation they faced. These celebrities could be a good example for thousands of smoking women who are shortening their lives every day.
